Government Girls Polytechnic Moradabad was established in the year 1992.situated on Kanth road, Harthala Moradabad .The institute is well connected by road and railways.

The institute has its own buildings including Administrative block, Lab block, Workshop, Mechanical Engg. Block, Hostel building for the students is available in the institute campus. The Laboratories and Workshops are full filled with sufficient equipment, furniture etc. for perfect teaching and other activities. 

The institute is running the following three years diploma engineering courses for girls, in (1) Electronics Engineering, (2) Electrical Engineering and (3) Computer Science & Engineering.

The institute is affiliated from the Board of Technical Education, U.P., Lucknow and all running courses are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
